Being a cajun by birth, jambalaya is one of my favorite meals. Here’s how we do it at my house.

Ingredients
- 1 lb Sausage, cooked
- 1 lb Chicken,cooked
- 1 lb Shrimp,cooked
- 2 C Uncle Ben’s Converted Rice
- 1 10 oz can French Onion Soup
- 1 8 oz can Tomato Sauce
- 1 14 oz can Beef Broth
- 1 Bell Pepper
- 1 bunch Green Onions
- 2 stalks Celery
- 1 stick Butter
- parsley, salt, pepper, and Tony Chachere’s to taste
Steps
- Mix ingredients.
- Cover and bake 1½ hours at 350°.
